
WhatsApp Update: Now no one will be able to back down in front of you, messages will not disappear without your consent

New Delhi. Meta-owned instant messaging platform WhatsApp is bringing new features and security features for its users. Meanwhile, the company has started rolling out the ‘Kept Messages’ feature. This feature will allow WhatsApp users to save messages sent through the disappearing feature. The chatting app announced the kept message feature for the first time in January 2023.
According to WaBetaInfo, the new Kept Message feature will allow users to save those disappearing messages in the group, which they want to keep forever on the chat. However, anyone can delete such messages at any time. The purpose of rolling out this feature is to help save disappearing messages in group chats.

Currently this feature is being rolled out for some beta testers. It is expected that the platform will roll out this feature to all users in the upcoming updates. According to the report, anyone can access the kept message by visiting the group and tapping on the group name.
