Be prepared for rain, weather patterns may change, IMD issued warning

Due to the sunny day, there has been an increase in the temperature in North India, but according to the Meteorological Department, people still need to be alert from the cold. Once again the weather can change.

Fog is expected in the morning and evening.

Weather Update 1 February: People in northern India including Delhi-NCR have got relief from cold. The sun is coming out during the day. Because of this, an increase in temperature has been observed. However, the cold still remains in the morning and evening. According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, the weather will be clear for the next two days. After that it may rain.

The Meteorological Department has not expressed any possibility of cold wave in northwest India for the next 5 days. According to estimates, there is no possibility of any significant change in the minimum temperature in many parts of northwest India till February 2. After this there will be an increase of 2-3 degree Celsius for the next 3 days.

There is likely to be no significant change in the minimum temperature over many parts of central India till February 1. However, here the temperature may drop by 3-5 degree Celsius in the next 2 days. After that there will be no significant change. There will be no significant change in minimum temperature over many parts of East India till February 1, while minimum temperature will drop by 2-4 degree Celsius in subsequent 4 days.

Delhi-NCR Weather
According to the weather update released on Tuesday, there was an active disturbance two days ago due to which there was rain and snowfall at most places in the Himalayan regions. It rained in the capital Delhi and NCR region for the last several days, due to which the cold has increased. However, on January 31 (Tuesday), there was light sunshine due to which an increase in temperature was observed. Strong winds are expected to blow in Delhi on Wednesday as well. There is also a possibility of sunshine. The minimum temperature in the capital is expected to be 12 degree Celsius while the maximum temperature is expected to be 22 degree Celsius.

There is a possibility of dense fog in the morning and night in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Rajasthan on the first date of February i.e. Wednesday.
